We will, as a church body, be collectively praying for 5,000 homes through this next year. Given our current number of active members, this would mean that each of our active members would be praying for 4 households each month over the next year. This number will be even more achievable when considering the involvement of active attendees, ministry partners, and guests.
For the purposes of this vision horizon, a gospel conversation has occurred when enough of the gospel has been presented that someone could respond in repentance and faith.
Someone who is not living under the lordship of Christ and has therefore not trusted in him through repentance and faith.
Getting started is as easy as going for a walk in your neighborhood. We encourage you to involve your community group, family and friends. For resources on how ways to pray for your neighbors, please see the information below. Don't forget to pick up the door hangers at the church if you would like to let your neighbors know that you have prayed for them!
As you pray for homes in your neighborhoods, or share the gospel with an unbeliever, we want to hear from you, both so that we can track our church's progress, and celebrate the work of God! Please use this google form to track your progress. Please note that this is an update from the summer 2021 when we were using the app, Bless Every Home. While you are still welcome to use the app if it is helpful for you, our primary method of tracking progress has now moved to the google from below.

Pray & Go is one method we are using to help us accomplish our goal of actually praying for 5,000 homes. You can use this prayer guide as a template for your personal prayer walks. We will also do some training this coming year on Pray & Go, and how to utilize this resource well. For questions, please contact Michael Jolivette ( mjolivette@fbcminneapolis.org).
There are currently no church-wide prayer walks scheduled, but we encourage you to gather with your community groups, family or friends to pray in your neighborhood, or a neighborhood in the Twin Cities that the Lord has put on your heart. This is a great opportunity to bring others along in the process!
